Three E Training has entered into a Corporate Supply Arrangement (CSA) with the Governments of Alberta and British Columbia for its curriculum of communication, professional development, service excellence, supervisory, procurement, financial, and resource management courses.

In British Columbia the CSA was initiated by the Learning Centre, British Columbia Public Service Agency. In Alberta the CSA was initiated by the GoA Learning Centre, Corporate Human Resources.

The purpose of the CSAs is to offer ministries and crown agencies with efficient access to pre-qualified Training Service providers for assignments with a value less than $25,000, and to offer a pre-qualified list of providers for procurement of assignments between $25,000 and $75,000.
